Artist Bio

Tara Marsh was born and raised in rural Ontario, instilling in her a love for the outdoors and nature.
Her success in the Sheridan Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning, Art Fundimentals program encouraged her curiosity in the exploration of a new art form in the Glass Studio. After completing three years in the glass program at Sheridan College, Tara began at a co-operative studio called Glen Williams Glass.
Her new studio allows her to continue creating in this challenging medium, along with six other professional glass artists. Her work ranges from blown goblets and sculptural component work to large sand castings and intricate flameworked and blown glass jewellery.
Her attention to detail and her love of experimenting show love of her chosen art material.
